2026 Retreat Details
The Anchor Retreat exists to foster deep fellowship among believers within and across top MBA programs, equipping you to become the next generation of faithful business leaders. It is a dedicated space to:
Connect in Community: Build lifelong relationships and meditate on Scripture alongside peers who share your faith and ambitions.
Learn from Executives: Be sharpened and mentored by faithful senior executives who have navigated high-level business careers with integrity.
Enjoy God’s Creation: Refresh your soul in the Rocky Mountains with hiking, campfires, and worship nights.
By attending, you join an active network of over 70 Anchor alumni—including CEOs, investors (PE/VC/HF), strategy consultants, product managers, and non-profit leaders—who are leveraging their MBAs for the Kingdom.
The 2026 retreat will be hosted in Park City, Utah, from August 6 to August 9.
Space is strictly limited to 25 attendees. Every year, demand exceeds our available spots. We highly encourage you to register early to secure your place.
The Anchor Retreat is led by a team of six students from MBA programs across the U.S. and was born out of InterVarsity's MBA Ministry. Thanks to a generous grant that covers the majority of our hosting costs, we are able to offer this year's event for a highly subsidized rate of $225.
